REPORT: Uterus: Volume: 112mL The uterus is anteverted and normal in size. It measures 7.8 x 4.4 x 6.3 cm. No uterine fibroids are seen. Endometrial Cavity: The endometrial cavity is empty. The endometrium measures 8mm in thickness and has an appearance consistent with the proliferative stage of the menstrual cycle. Cervix: The cervix is unremarkable. Adnexae: Both ovaries are identified and have a bulky appearance. Ovary Dimensions Volume Right 50 x 40 x 32 mm 32.8 cc Left 57 x 40 x 50 mm 58.7 cc There are multiple follicles bilaterally in a normal distribution with In the left ovary there is a simple cyst measuring 31x27x31mm and a cystic structure with low-level echoes within, likely an endometrioma measuring 21x20x20mm. In the right ovary there are three cystic structures with low-level internal echoes, likely endometriomas measuring 28x19x24mm, 17x13x18mm and 18x17x15mm. Both ovaries are seen to be sitting directly adjacent to the uterus, with little to no individual movement with probe pressure (negative sliding sign), suggestive of endometriosis. Other: No free fluid is seen within the pouch of Douglas. CONCLUSION: Bilateral cystic structures, likely endometriomas visualised. Negative sliding sign of both left and right ovaries. Sonographic signs suggestive of endometriosis. Simple cyst in the left ovary. This was my scan last 6 months ago. Had lapro in 2023. Ttc currently outside india. No pain. Can ayurveda can still help.
