Low Libido Concerns in a 65-Year-Old Male - #46923

I’m 65 years old male having diabetes, blood pressure under control with medication. I have fatty liver grade 1 which is improving with medication. My libido has gone down to zero. Please suggest some medicine free from heavy metals and bhasma.
