Seeking Ayurvedic Treatment for Fibroid - #46973

Hi! I’m have a 10,5cm fibroid, and I’m trying to have a ayurveda treatment, we suggest me Navaka gugulu instead of kanshanar gugulu, and add mahanayan oil in tampon, can you tell me if it’s good to apply tampon with this oil? And wich pills is the best? Thank you very much (I’m 44yrs )
