Menstrual Irregularities and Fatigue After Moving to a New Country - #47074

Client_c0166d

I'm 25 yr old girl, unmarried, Indian girl in academia, navigating through the new shift in surroundings (country), culture, and food since the past 5 months. And, recently I started getting my periods duration decreased to 1 day or at the most 1 and a half. I am non vegeterian but not often. I don't exercise.much but I've a lot of waking and standing. My Hb level is 13 (I checked before 5 months), I used to have constant phlegm - transparent, small amount and only in the morning, but it reduced a lot now. I am so tired, find difficult to focus and has a huge sweet craving. What can I do to be better? I am trying to control both my sugar and food Intake - cause I overeat in the nights( I know it is wrong) after skipping breakfasting sometimeslunch cause I might be busy which is because I wake up late - again because I'm so tired. I find it difficult to respond challenges with ease and peace of mind as I used to do before.
