Managing Perimenopause and Fibroids - #47410

Perimenopause, seedling fibroids3-4 one bigger 2.5 cm. Periods 24 days cyle with spotting. Sometimes moderate bleeding with missed periods for 2-3 months. Taking Shatavari and vit D. Whiich hetb should I use to control periods. Age 53 Hb 12 No Diabetes TSH 3.4with 25 mcg Altroxin T3 and T4 are Normal.
