Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Sy Evecare 15ml twice Tab.Aloes compound 2-0-2 Follow up after 12 weeks.

Hello, I hope your hormonal assay, thyroid profile,vit.D3 are within normal limits. And also please have a USG abdomen to rule out any change in the uterus and ovaries. It is good to know that you are active and healthy otherwise.
If the above criteria are met the following medicines will help you to regularize the periods and mood swings: 1. Evecare Forte tablet(Himalaya) 1----0----1 after breakfast and afetr dinner for 60 days. 2. Sapthasaram Kashayam + Sukumara kashayam 10ml+10ml+80ml of boiled cooled water 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before dinner for 90 days.
