Seeking Help for Irregular Periods and Weight Gain - #48124

My 20 year old has delayed or missed periods - irregular periods . Weight gain -her height is 5 feet 5 inches and weight is 86 kgs , facial hair so request for resolution for the same, possibly home remedies or Ayurveda medicines. Stays in hostel so not disciplined eating habits. All other parameters in blood test ok But CRP number is 19 mg FE - iron is 8 umol Vitamin d is 22 nmol Kindly suggest .Would just taking vitamin D tablet and exercising help

Hello,
Diet regulation and lifestyle changes are utmost important for ayurveda medicines to work for her:
Diet-
1. Completely avoid eating processed food and outside food.
2. Hydrate with 2 liters of water a day
3. Increase the fruits intake and raw vegetables intake
(All the above 3 are possible at hostel settings)
Lifestyle -
1. Physical exercise (walikg/jogging/gym workouts ) for 1.30 hours a day.
Medicines-
1. Amycordial forte tablets 2----0—2 after breakfast and after dinner for 90 days.
