Experiencing Thick Blood Clots and Fatigue During Periods - #48174

Small thick blood like clots during periods. With extreme fatigue. I have a 7th month old son. Feels like I need to cleanse my blood. Can you offer any suggestions. I am still breastfeeding as well. Thank you
