Experiencing Clots and Fatigue During Menstruation After Miscarriage - #48176

Small thick blood like clots during period since miscarriage April 2023. I had a piece left inside was told by my doctor. Used TCM to help get it out. Extreme fatigue during period. Gave birth to my youngest son 7 months ago. Breastfeeding.
