I have a cyst type in vagina on the uper soft side and it is painless . But i just want to calm my self that is it risky or not

Most likely what it is
A painless, soft cyst in the upper vaginal area is usually NOT risky.
Common harmless causes are:
Bartholin cyst (very common)
Vaginal inclusion cyst
Sebaceous cyst
These are benign (non-cancerous) in most cases.
When it is usually NOT dangerous
Painless
Soft
Skin-colored
Not growing fast
No fever or discharge
In such cases, it often needs no treatment and may stay the same or reduced
