Hello good morning, I have recently got delivered a baby boy now it's four months I can take balant kadha 1 ,2,3 now

How has your recovery been since delivery?:

Since you still have moderate recovery issues and physical pain, it may help with strength and healing. 👉 Take it in small amounts, preferably after meals, and stop if you notice acidity, loose motions, or discomfort.

At 4 months postpartum, you can take Balant Kadha No. 3. It is best for strength recovery, reducing body pain, and overall nourishment at this stage. How to take: 1–2 teaspoons Once daily After food, with warm water or milk Avoid Kadha 1 & 2 now as they are mainly for the early postpartum period.
