Hello good morning, I have recently got delivered a baby boy now it's four months I can take balant kadha 1 ,2,3 now

How has your recovery been since delivery?:

Yes, at 4 months postpartum, you can usually take Balant Kadha (1, 2, or 3) if you’re tolerating it well and it suits your digestion. Since you still have moderate recovery issues and physical pain, it may help with strength and healing. 👉 Take it in small amounts, preferably after meals, and stop if you notice acidity, loose motions, or discomfort.

At 4 months postpartum, you can take Balant Kadha No. 3. It is best for strength recovery, reducing body pain, and overall nourishment at this stage. How to take: 1–2 teaspoons Once daily After food, with warm water or milk Avoid Kadha 1 & 2 now as they are mainly for the early postpartum period.
