I am 46 years old and have been experiencing a reduction in menstrual flow for the past 2–3 years. My cycle is still regular every month, but the bleeding lasts only one day. I do not have sleep issues, but I do experience gastric discomfort and occasional irritability. I would like your guidance on whether Shatavari alone would be appropriate for me at this stage, or if Ashwagandha should also be included, and what dosage and duration would be safe considering my digestion and peri-menopausal phase.
