Missed Period and Weight Gain Concerns - #48705

I missed my period for 4 months. The change in my body is weight gain... Past 4 months I try to lose weight after which my period stop. And I don't find any others symptoms in my body. I work night shift which I usually sleep for 7 to 5 hours.
