Tell first - Is there any facial hairs since periods are missing? Any USG pelvis u have done?

Investigation - After taking 1 month medicine- - USG pelvis and adnexa - testosterone, Prolactin - TSH

3️⃣ Aloe Vera Juice (Kumari Saar) Dose: 20 ml How: With warm water When: Morning, empty stomach Benefit: Helps restart delayed or absent periods

4️⃣ Triphala Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon How: With warm water When: At bedtime Benefit: Improves metabolism, supports weight balance

🥗 Simple Lifestyle Support (Very Important) Avoid cold drinks, excess sugar, fried foods Take warm foods (soups, vegetables) Gentle exercise or 30-minute walking daily Try stress reduction (deep breathing, light yoga)
