Good day doctor's my name is Helen, I'm 32yrsOld, since November till now I've not seen my period and not pregnant,I seen a healthy provider they said I've hyperprolactinmia,they prescribed bromokriptin which I've been taking for over a month now no results please what should I do?

High prolactin can stop periods. Bromocriptine needs time — periods may return in 6–12 weeks, not just 1 month. What you should do now: Continue bromocriptine as prescribed (don’t stop suddenly). Repeat blood test: prolactin level after 6–8 weeks. Check thyroid (TSH) if not done — thyroid problems raise prolactin. Reduce stress, sleep well, avoid tight breast stimulation. If no period after 2–3 months, doctor may Adjust dose Change medicine (e.g., cabergoline) Do further tests if needed
