Cold feet and fingertips even if slippers are worn and hot drinks are consummed. Period cramps are the worst even while maintaining a relatively good diet (homemade meals, no junk food, no fizzy drinks) How to regulate cycle because I didn't get my period this month

Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Vata-predominant menstrual irregularity Rx - Ashoka churna – 500 mg, BD with warm water, before food - Shatavari churna – 3 g, BD with warm milk, after food - Triphala churna – 5 g, HS with warm water - Ginger decoction – 1–2 g, TDS, warm External: - Abhyanga with warm sesame oil on hands, feet, lower abdomen daily before bath - Warm compress on lower abdomen for cramps Dietary advice: Warm, cooked foods; avoid cold/raw foods and iced drinks Include ghee, sesame oil, ginger, turmeric in meals Follow-up: After 1 month or on onset of next period Monitor cycle; refer to gynecologist if amenorrhea persists Tq

Don’t worry take Ashokarishta – 1–2 tsp twice a day (regulates periods) Lodhra / Chandraprabha Vati – 1–2 tablets twice a day (uterine health & cramps) Triphala – 1 tsp at night with warm water (improves digestion & hormone balance) Local / daily care Keep feet warm: wear socks or use warm water foot soak Gentle abdominal massage with warm sesame or castor oil Warm water drink throughout day Diet Continue homemade meals Include ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, jaggery in cooking (helps blood circulation & cramps) Avoid cold drinks, ice, and raw salad at night
