- C/O: Shwet pradar (white discharge) Yoni/uterus niche ki taraf lagna (uterine weakness) Baar-baar urine/bathroom infection, jalan Pet kharab rehna (mandagni) - D/E : Kapha-Vata dushti Yonivyapad Agnimandya - Rx: Pushyanug Churna – 3 gm 👉 Din me 2 baar, subah-shaam, garam pani ya shahad ke saath Lodhra + Ashoka Churna – 2 gm + 2 gm 👉 Din me 2 baar, khaane ke baad Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablet 👉 Din me 2 baar, lukewarm water ke saath (UTI, discharge aur weakness ke liye) Bilva Avaleha – 1 chammach 👉 Subah khaali pet (Pet aur digestion ke liye) Local Care (Bahut zaroori): Triphala + Fitkari (phitkari) ka yoni prakshalana 👉 Hafte me 3–4 baar (zyada nahi) Pathya-Apathya: ✔️ Khayein: Garam, halka khana Dahi sirf din me, raat ko nahi Anar, lauki, moong dal ❌ Avoid: Zyada meetha, fried, bakery Thanda pani, cola Raat ko dahi, junk food Zyada jhukna, heavy weight uthana - Extra Advice: Roz Ashwini Mudra / pelvic floor exercise Cotton underwear, hamesha dry rakhein Pani kam-kam par garam ya normal temperature ka
