Aap tension mat lo. 30 din ke baby me milk kam lagna common hai. Baby ko bar-bar breastfeed karaye (2–3 ghante me). Jitna zyada suck karega, utna milk badega. Pani zyada piyen (din me 3–4 liter). Garam doodh, dalia, oats, moong dal, jeera-ajwain pani lein. Raat ka feed miss na karein – raat me milk zyada banta hai. Feed se pehle garam kapde se breast sek aur halka massage karein. Formula kam se kam dein; pehle hamesha maa ka doodh try karayein. Nipple dabane par doodh kam dikhe to bhi baby peete waqt aa jata hai – ye normal hai. Agar phir bhi problem ho, doctor se galactagogue medicine ke liye salah lein.

Nipple dabane se milk ka andaza nahi hota – baby zyada nikaalta hai Har feed me ek breast poori khaali hone dein, phir doosri Latch sahi hona bahut zaroori (munh wide open, areola andar) Feed ke baad 10 min hand express/pump karein Stress kam karein (deep breathing before feed) 3–4 liter paani + garam khana (daliya, oats, jeera, methi) Formula kam rakhein; dena ho to slow-flow bottle 👉 Milk sufficient hai ya nahi ye diapers se check karein: 6–8 wet diapers/day = milk enough
