Mera koRaat mein neend badi mushkil se aati hai. 3 am ke baad 3 ya 4 ghante so paati hu. Mera koPCOD ki bhi samsya hai. Meri 2 inch ki rasoli hai.garbhashaymein Koi ayurvedic medicines bataye.

(PCOD + Uterine fibroid ~2 inch + Insomnia)
Rx:
- Kanchnaar Guggulu – 2 tab BD (after meals)
- Shatavari Churna – 3 g OD (morning, milk/warm water)
- Ashwagandha cap  500mg HS (with warm milk)
- Brahmi Vati – 1 tab HS
- Triphala Churna – 3 g HS (with warm water)
Oil message sheerbala oil /sesame oil on feet at night
- Pathya (short):
Meetha, bakery, cold drinks, junk avoid
Light warm diet, time par meals
Raat ko mobile 1 ghanta pehle band, anulom-vilom 10 min
- Follow-up: 4 weeks
Note: Agar zyada bleeding / pain / chakkar ho → turant consult
