Seeking Natural Remedies for Heavy and Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding - #49334

I am a 48 yr old mother of 6. I am suffering HEAVY and LONG periods (7-10 days), and sometimes I bleed twice a month. I have high blood pressure and anaemia. The bleeding problem seems to be getting worse each year,snd I can't afford surgery. I am usually weak, drained, and have brain fog andforgetfulness. Please recommend a natural remedy for me.Thank you!

At age 48, heavy and frequent bleeding is commonly due to perimenopause (hormonal imbalance), but since you also have BP and anaemia, you must control bleeding and improve strength. Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water, after food, twice daily (helps control heavy bleeding). Pradarantak Lauh 1tab bd AF– helps reduce bleeding and improves anaemia. Shatavari powder – 1 tsp with milk at night (supports hormones and weakness). Diet & lifestyle Eat iron-rich foods → beetroot, pomegranate, dates, jaggery, green leafy vegetables. Take Amla daily (improves blood and immunity). Avoid very spicy, sour, and junk foods. Take proper rest.
