How can I get my period back with low AMH and high FSH? - #49371

My age is 40. With low amh and high fsh, period don't come back since March 2025. Pls tell how to get baack period

How long have you been experiencing irregular periods?:

At 40, with low AMH + high FSH and no periods for ~10 months, this likely means perimenopause / early ovarian insufficiency.
Periods usually don’t come back naturally once this happens.
Lifestyle or supplements won’t restart periods.
- If pregnancy is the goal → see a fertility specialist As soon as possible in person offline, don’t recommending u any online treatment for this bcz there is need of proper checkup, investigation for hormonal imbalance etc.
