Doctors' responses

Your symptoms suggest bulky uterus + cyst (water sac ~4 cm) + irregular periods + leucorrhoea + back pain. In Ayurveda, this is commonly related to Kapha-Vata imbalance and Artava Dushti. Treatment usually focuses on reducing cyst size, regulating periods, and reducing discharge. Kanchanar Guggulu 1tab bd AF Helps reduce cysts, uterine swelling Dose: 2 tablets twice daily after food Ashokarishta 20ml bd Helps regulate periods and reduce leucorrhoea Dose: 20 ml + 20ml water, twice daily after food Chandraprabha Vati 1tab bd Helps with discharge and pelvic inflammation Dose: 1 tablets twice daily after food Pushyanug Churna (if heavy discharge present) 1tsp grams with honey or rice water twice daily
