continue or restart the medicine as prescribed, but stopping it abruptly can sometimes delay your period.
If your period is already delayed, continuing Ashokarishta or Lady Care now may not immediately start it, but it can help regulate your cycles over time.
Do not take extra doses—follow the usual dose.
If your period doesn’t start in another week, do pregnancy test again and consult a gynecologist.
