I have been facing vaginal infection, after pap smear test resulted with streptococcus aureus and candida albucans please help me sir

Avoid fermented, processed foods and bakery products. Maintain local hygiene. Drink sufficient quantity of water. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap Bacnil 2-0-2 Tab.Manjistha 2-0-2 Tab.Neem 2-0-2 Cutis cream for local application. Follow up after 2 weeks.
