-You have chronic white vaginal discharge for 5 years with: Back pain (worse with activity) Painful periods Foul odor Burning sensation This may indicate infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, or other gynecological issues. Firstly check for this- vaginal swab, urine test, and ultrasound pelvis to find the cause. -along with start -Internal Medicines 1)Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals (for urinary & genital health) 2)Ashokarrisht – 2 tsp with equal water twice daily after meals (for painful periods & hormonal balance) 3)Lodhra Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after meals (for chronic discharge & pelvic inflammation) 4)Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water (optional, for digestion & detoxification) External Measures— must do this -Sitz bath with Triphala decoction – 10–15 minutes daily -Neem water washing – for mild antiseptic action Lifestyle & Diet Avoid oily, spicy, and heavy foods Eat light, warm, easy-to-digest meals Drink plenty of warm water Avoid cold drinks and excess sweets Yoga & Exercise Gentle back-strengthening asanas: Bhujangasana, Setu Bandhasana Mild walking for circulation -Follow-up Review in 1 month to assess improvement If no relief, investigations like ultrasound and culture are recommended
