Prolonged and Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Concerns - #49637

I have been getting my periods regularlh but they last for more than 7 days with frequent bleeding. Even clots are seen often. I am witnessing prolonged bleeding. I have taken raktasthambak tablets, lodhra syrup as well as asokarishta for a month but its not working.
