Managing Uterine Fibroids and Related Symptoms - #49831

I am 35 year old female. I have uterine fibroid of 4*4 cm causing bleeding and anemia . I was on mifepristone for last 6 months but the size increased. Now I started on Kanchana guggulu tablets ( fibroheal) with online consultation.I am getting acidity heartburn regularly and bloating. What can I do?
