Confusion About Bleeding and Multiple Health Issues - #49850

Hello . I have multiple health issues like dysomenreha, pcod, sinitius,piles related issues. I have done tonsillitis operation too .It's hard to predict what happening in my body. Recently I took sinitius medicine for 7 days and I am experiencing piles which is always stays hidden in my body . And today I am bleeding like periods. Jan 27 was my period date . Why am.I bleeding from vagina. I searched online it says may be something wrong in my stomach. I don't know what should i do. Idon't know where to go gynaecologist or gastroenterologist . Pls helpI am too young to face all these problems
