-After menopause, regular white discharge is not common. Since it is thin and watery and happens occasionally, it is often due to vaginal dryness and thinning of tissues (low estrogen effect).
-Rx:
1)Pushyanug Churna – 3 g
Twice daily with honey/rice water after food.
2)Lodhrasava – 15 ml + equal water
Twice daily after food.
3)Pradarantak Lauh – 1 tab
Twice daily after food.
4)Yashtimadhu Churna – 2 g
With milk at bedtime (if dryness prominent).
-Local care:
Yoni prakshalana with Triphala kwath (lukewarm) once daily for 5–7 days.
-Pathya:
Light, warm diet
Avoid excess sour, spicy, fermented food
Maintain genital hygiene
-Follow-up: After 4 weeks.

1.Dhanya-Jirak Phant
Take 1 tsp of Coriander seeds(dhaniya) &1tsp of Jira.Crushed in hand &pour into 1 liter of boiled hot water.Socked in the water overnight
&Then morning strain the water by strainer.
Take sips of this water all day.
2.Maintain local hyeign
3.Take Plenty of fluids along with Coconut water &Nimbu Pani.

Lodhra Powder 1 Teaspoon with honey or lukewarm water
Take 1–2 times daily
Helps reduce vaginal discharge
Ashokarista 20ml bd AF
Triphala Wash (External only)  Boil 1 teaspoon Triphala in 2 cups water
Cool and strain
Use for gentle vaginal washing once daily
Diet Support
Eat pomegranate
Eat soaked raisins
Take buttermilk with roasted cumin powder
Drink enough water
Avoid
Excess spicy, oily food
Too much sugar
Poor genital hygiene
