Can my fibroid and ovarian cyst be treated with medicine? - #50064

I have a fibroid sub serosal of size 30 mm .I also have ovarian cyst of 21 mm.My age is 40 . I have 2 children by cesarian section.I have bleeding on and off since 3 months.I also have pain lower abdomen.can this fibroid be cured by medicine.
