Concerns about my child's speech and behavior - #50255

Hello my child is 3 and half year old and he doesn't speak at all. Only says A.Aaa.Aa Symptoms Moves his eyeball to one side sometimes. Wipe his lower lips all the time. Jumps a lots Walks on top toes all the time. Listen to one song all the times. Doesn't drink water at all. He had previous issues of bronchitis, showed very low Iron in blood test. Birth time he didnot drink mother's milk at all.was admitted to icu for non sucking problem. I consulted one doctor he said it's Autism. people are suggesting lots of aur edic medicines Kindly tell me some. Manasmitra vatakam Brahmi ghritam Vacha roots Brahma rasayan Can i give him those?
