—As the periods are irregular since 2-3 years , firstly should have to go with these investigations - LH FSH Testosterone Prolactin TSH Pelvic Ultrasound — Internal Medicine- 1)Ashwagandha 1 g + Shatavari 1 g + Cinnamon ½ tsp + Ginger small piece + Turmeric ¼ tsp. -------Boil in 200 ml water, reduce to 100 ml. 1 cup morning before breakfast. 2)Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp soaked overnight take it in morning 3)Chandraprabha Vati 2 tabs twice daily after meals 4)Yograj Guggulu 1 tab twice daily after meals -------Light exercise / yoga 30–45 min daily Avoid sugar, fried & processed foods; eat high fiber & whole grains 4. Follow-up after next cycle

Weight + Irregular Periods Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tablets, 2 times daily Af Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets, 2 times daily Af Varunadi Kashayam – 15 ml + same water, 2 times daily Triphala Churna – 1 tsp with warm water If period late ho Rajapravartini Vati – 1 tablet, 2 times daily Continue 3 months Avoid sugar & junk food Daily 30 min walk If 3 months tak period na aaye ultrasound kara lein,TFT TEST
