Living with fibromyalgia can be challenging, but certain habits can make life more manageable. Try to pace your activities, get consistent sleep, and manage stress with gentle exercises like yoga or deep breathing. For diet, focus on anti-inflammatory foods—fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fatty fish, nuts—and avoid highly processed foods, excess sugar, and too much caffeine or alcohol. -------Drinking teas like ginger, chamomile, or turmeric can help with pain and relaxation. ----For exercise, stick to low-impact activities like walking, swimming, gentle yoga, or light strength training. Start slow, listen to your body, and take breaks as needed. Small, consistent steps can help reduce pain and improve your quality of life. —Rx 1) cap neuron 1 cap twice daily after meal 2) tab Ekangveer Ras 2 tab twice daily after meal 3) bruhtvatachintamani rasa 2 tab twice daily after meal 4)Abhyanga with Luke warm mahanarayan taila followed with mild hot fomentation –Supportive: Gentle yoga, steam therapy Ginger or turmeric tea in evening Follow-up: 3 weeks
