Safe Remedies for Constipation and Bloating During Pregnancy - #50715

I am Usha, Female, aged 32years. I am 5th week pregnant (This is my first time pregnancy), having constipation and bloating and gastritis. Please suggest a medicine which is safe during pregnancy. I don't have Hypertension, BP or Diabetes.

Drink sufficient quantity of water. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Regular exercise. Tab Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-1 With lukewarm water at bedtime Follow up after 1 week.
