Guidance on Treatment for My Daughter's Speech Delay and Constipation - #52172

Hi Doctor, My daughter is 7 years old with speech delay, and her FRAT test came borderline positive. Currently, she is taking Brahmi Vati (1-0-1). Some doctors also suggested Saraswatharishtam with Gold and Vacha churna. I wanted your guidance on a few points: Is Brahmi Vati alone sufficient for her condition, or do we need to add anything else? Do you recommend using Saraswatharishtam with Gold or Vacha churna in her case? Are they safe for long-term use in children? She has constipation (passes stool once in 3–4 days). Can you suggest a gentle Ayurvedic treatment for this? Can Brahmi Vati tablet be safely crushed and given with honey or water? Can we continue Autinorm or Big Plus syrup along with this, or should we avoid combining?
