●Dashmool Kwath Cook 1 teaspoon of the decoction in 400 ml of water. Strain until 100 ml remains and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. ●Rajah Pravartani Vati Punarnavada Mandur Take 2 tablets each with lukewarm water after meals in the morning and evening. ●Chandraprabha Vati,Stree Rasayan Vati, Kanchanar Guggulu Take 1 tablet each with lukewarm water in the morning and evening after meals. ●Patrangasava ,Ashokarishta Mix 4 teaspoons of the medicine with 4 teaspoons of water
