I am suffering from Vaginal itching please tell me remedy for it. I have tried medicines but it gives temporary relief and it lapses again. Is there any food which I should avoid? Is there any daily routine which I should adapt. I always keeop myself clean

Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits… Drink sufficient quantity of water. Maintain local hygiene. Tab Chandraprabha vati 2-0-2 Tab Bangshil 2-0-2 Follow up after 2 weeks.
