Hi I have prolapse uterus .i want to do excerise and cure naturally .i live in Canada .pls tell me any remedy

1-Ashokarishta 20 ml with equal quantity of water twice daily after meals (morning and evening) × 6–8 weeks 2-Triphala Churna ½ teaspoon with lukewarm water at bedtime (night) × daily Local Treatment: Ksheerabala Taila - Soak sterile cotton swab/tampon in oil Insert gently for 20–30 minutes, then remove Once daily Maintain hygiene, avoid during menstruation Continue pelvic floor exercises – 2–3 times daily Continue pelvic physiotherapy High-fiber diet, adequate hydration Avoid constipation, heavy lifting, prolonged standing Continue treatment for 6–8 weeks If symptoms worsen (bulge outside, pain, urinary issues) consult local gynecologist
In uterine prolapse, complete reversal without support depends on the grade (severity). Severe prolapse may still need medical or surgical support.
