I am getting my periods only for two days. Having lots of acne at chin and near jawline. Also having lots of hair in chin

Your symptoms strongly suggest a hormonal imbalance, often seen in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) pattern
I strongly recommend getting:
hormone profile (TSH, LH, FSH, testosterone)
ultrasound pelvis
To confirm PCOS or rule out other causes
