How to treat endometriosis and adenomyosis with heavy bleeding and irregular periods? - #53198

Pls suggest treatment for endometriosis and adonomysis. Having irregular prolonged period since last two years. Needs to take pause 500 to stop bleeding. One year ago laproscopy surgery for removal of chocolate cyst but after surgery endometriosis spread in pelvis area and suffering from heavy bleeding.
