What causes delayed periods after removing an implant, and can it affect my future fertility? - #53351

Good morning i was using an implant which was to go for three years,I removed it last year ever since I put it I stayed for 2 years without seeing my period,when I removed it in Dec,my period came back on February but only for 2 days not heavy,March too was for 2 days not heavy,I consulted a doc who prescribed this drug m2-tone to regulate my period and to boost fertility being that I wanted to have another child..but since then I was to see my period this month but unfortunately there is no period,it has delay with 4 days...have tested for pregnancy and it is negative..Doc kindly would like to know the cause of period delay and can it affect my fertility in future,will my period be back?or i my pregnant and the kit not showing,and Doc how long should I use the drug being that I only took it on march only Thanks in advance
