There is no problem, sometimes due to hormonal imbalance red spots may occur but it’s totally normal unless you have more symptoms around menstrual cycle.
My suggestion to you -
Syrup M2 tone 5ml twice a day after meal.
Kumariasav 10 ml twice a day after meal.
Will help you to balance hormonal imbalance.
