How to treat a hard red lump on my breast that has caused shrinkage and has been there for over 20 years? - #53415

I have a hard red lump on my left breast above the nipple. It does not cause any discomfort. It has caused the breast to shrink in size compared to the other breast. I have not been to a doctor to have it checked out and have been applying warm castor oil packs to the area and taking Dr. Reckemweg No r17/2-3 x a day as recommended. The r17 remedy has flattened it but not dissolved it. I have had this lump for over 20 years. It has just recently turned red and caused the breast to shrink in size. Would the remedy Kanchanar Guggulu help with this condition? I does not intend to see an oncologist because if it is cancer, I will not agree to the chemo and treatments they will want me to participate in.
