मुझे एडिनोमेयोसिस और सिस्ट की समस्या थी. मैं 6 महीने पहले मिरेना आईयूडी लगवाया था पर मुझे लगातार ब्लीडिंग होते रहती थी तो मैंने वह 30 अप्रैल को निकलवा दिया. मेरा पिछला पीरियड 5 अप्रैल को आया था. मिरेना निकलवाने के बाद मुझे थोड़ी-थोड़ी मीनिंग हो रही है. क्या यह नॉर्मल है। और मेरा पीरियड कब तक आएगा अब। क्या मैं घर के थोड़े बहुत कम कर सकती हूं या रेस्ट ही करना पड़ेगा।

मिरेना IUD निकलने के बाद हल्की स्पॉटिंग 7–14 दिन तक होना सामान्य है। हार्मोन बैलेंस फिर से सेट होने में समय लगता है, इसलिए अगला पीरियड 3–6 हफ्ते में आ सकता है।
घर के हल्के काम कर सकती हैं, भारी काम और ज्यादा थकान 5–7 दिन टालें।
आयुर्वेदिक उपचार
अशोकारिष्ट: 15 ml + 15 ml पानी, दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद
नागकेसर चूर्ण: 1 ग्राम, दिन में 2 बार शहद के साथ
कंचनार गुग्गुलु: 2 टैबलेट, दिन में 2 बार पानी के साथ
प्रवाल पिष्टी: 125 mg, दिन में 2 बार शहद के साथ
सावधानी
अगर ब्लीडिंग ज्यादा हो, चक्कर आए या कमजोरी बढ़े तो तुरंत जांच कराएं।
