What is the Ayurvedic treatment for fibroadenoma that increases before my period? - #54641

I have fibroadenoma not painful but discomforting and it size starts increase before period and after period size ruduces. What is the treatment for it in ayurveda. Can you suggest me medicine to treat it. I am underweight and usually avoid any type of fastfood.
