Doctors' responses
In Ayurveda, this is often viewed as a depletion of Rasa Dhatu (nutritional plasma) and an aggravation of Vata Dosha due to the lingering effects of the fever (Jwara). I have prescribed medications for your condition take them consistently and you will see results soon Do’s:-✅ • Warm Fomentation: Use a heating pad or hot water bag on the lower abdomen to soothe pain and encourage pelvic circulation. • Hydration: Drink warm water infused with Cumin (Jeera) and Fennel (Saunf) throughout the day. • Iron-Rich Foods: Incorporate soaked raisins, dates, and pomegranate to replenish blood quality. • Sesame and Jaggery: A small piece of jaggery with black sesame seeds (Til-Gur) is a traditional remedy to stimulate a delayed period. Don’ts❌ • Avoid Cold Foods: Steer clear of ice cream, cold drinks, and “cooling” foods like curd or cucumber for now, as they can further aggravate Vata and stall the cycle. • Limit Heavy Caffeine: Coffee can increase Vata-related anxiety and cramping. • No Strenuous Exercise: Focus on gentle stretching or Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose) after meals to aid digestion and pelvic health.
