How to balance Vata and Pitta to improve digestion and stool formation without gaining weight? - #55508

Both vata pitta r imbalanced causing visham agni with mridu kosht. Sometimes i face sticky motion ,sometimes loose,variable appetite, bloating, skin problems, dizziness.Also i have gained significant weight since this problem started. So now taking chitrakadi vati after meals & bilvadi before meal. After taking med bloating gone, dizziness gone, dry skin reduced, heaviness gone ,stickiness also gone & motion also formed but loosely formed. After stopping med problem returns. So pls tell any additional med to balance vata pitta that doesn't increase weight.Why motion is not properly formed??🙏🙏

Your symptoms clearly indicate Vata-Pitta dushti with Visham Agni and Mridu Koshta. Because of irregular digestion, the intestine is not absorbing food properly, leading to: variable appetite sticky/loose stools bloating skin irritation dizziness heaviness and weight gain from “Ama” accumulation The fact that you improve with Chitrakadi Vati and Bilvadi shows that your Agni is weak but responding well to Deepan-Pachan therapy. The stool is still not properly formed because: Pitta keeps the bowel soft Vata causes irregular movement mild Ama is still present in grahani/intestines So the aim is: ✔ strengthen Agni ✔ absorb excess moisture ✔ calm Vata-Pitta together ✔ improve grahani function ✔ avoid medicines that increase Kapha/weight You may continue: Chitrakadi Vati after meals Bilvadi Churna/Vati before meals Additionally, these Ayurvedic medicines are commonly helpful: Kutajghan Vati – 1 tab twice daily after food Helps form stool, reduces stickiness, balances Pitta without causing weight gain. Takrarishta – 15 ml with equal water after lunch & dinner Excellent for Grahani, Visham Agni, bloating and loose-soft stools. If skin irritation and Pitta are high: Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp at bedtime occasionally. It clears Pitta gently without weakening digestion. Diet guidance: Prefer warm, freshly cooked food Thin moong khichdi, old rice, buttermilk with roasted jeera are best Avoid curd at night, excess chili, fried food, bakery items, cold drinks Avoid overeating even if appetite fluctuates Sip warm water through the day Very useful for you: Buttermilk (Takra) with roasted cumin + pinch of rock salt after lunch This is one of the best Ayurvedic remedies for Grahani and improves stool formation naturally without increasing weight. Lifestyle: Sleep on time Do not skip meals Continue daily exercise but avoid excessive fasting or overexertion With proper Agni correction, stool gradually becomes well-formed. Usually improvement in Grahani takes a few weeks to months, especially when symptoms are present for more than 6 months.
