Lately, I’ve been dealing with some persistent digestive issues—bloating, sluggish digestion, and just feeling tired all the time. I’ve tried different things like eating smaller meals and cutting down on junk food, but nothing seems to work long-term. After a friend recommended Ayurveda food, I’ve been wondering if it could help. I’ve read a little about Ayurvedic principles where certain foods help balance the Doshas, but I’m not sure how to apply that to my daily routine. For example, should I be focusing more on warm, cooked meals, or is there a specific combination of ingredients that would be good for digestion and boosting my energy? Also, I’m confused about how much dairy is okay for someone like me, who has these digestive issues.
