I’ve tried different things like eating smaller meals and cutting down on junk food, but nothing seems to work long-term. I’ve read a little about Ayurvedic principles where certain foods help balance the Doshas, but I’m not sure how to apply that to my daily routine. Also, I’m confused about how much dairy is okay for someone like me, who has these digestive issues.
