’ve been feeling off lately. My energy levels are all over the place, my digestion is unpredictable, and I’ve been getting stressed really easily. After talking to a friend who practices Ayurveda, she mentioned that balancing the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—could help, but I’m not entirely sure what that means. I’ve read that each dosha has its own set of characteristics and that knowing whether I have a predominance of Vata, Pitta, or Kapha can help me understand my health better.
