My hair falls badly since 5 yaers , i took omega 3 capsule consulted by Dr and also take Alsi seeds, but could not achieve the result, i thing i noticed that from when my hairs falls my regular periods also disturbed

Go for Panchkarma therapies like 1.Nasya- 1-1 drops of desi ghee or Anu taila in each nostrils daily. 2. Shirodhara -

In this warm oils are poured on the head which helps in increasing circulation of blood. This is considered as one of the most effective Ayurveda therapy for hair loss.

3.shirolepa-This is a paste applied on the entire scalp of head. It helps to remove dandruff, controls frizz, repairs split ends and also helps to reduce hair fall.

Home remedies - Chew half spoon of Krishna Tila daily with lukewarm water. Eat unripe Amla daily - Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, amla nourishes the hair from within. It is known to improve hair texture, add shine, and protect against oxidative stress. Aloevera -We recommend putting pure aloe vera gel on your scalp and hair at least twice a week - it helps calm down an inflamed scalp and reduces dandruff. Onion juice- Onion juice has been shown to successfully treat patchy Alopecia Areata by promoting hair growth and improving circulation! It is simple to apply as well - blend a few onions and squeeze out the juice, apply the juice to your scalp and hair, leave it in for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it off and shampoo your hair as usual. Sikhakhai- Rich in antioxidants and Vitamin A, C, K and D, Shikakai helps in keeping hair nourished and maintaining hair health. Dry out the Shikakai pods in the sun and then grind them to make powder. Take two tablespoons of this powder and mix it with coconut oil in a jar. Massage your hair with the mixture at least twice a week.
